While we do not offer refunds, we provide store credit for returned items. This store credit can be used for any future purchases and has no expiration date.

As soon as we receive your return, we will email your store credit code to you. Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing

All returns can be sent to 1411 North 203rd Street, Elkhorn, NE 68022.
Please include the packing slip that came with your order and the items you are returning. Please ensure all items that will be returned, follow our eligible guidelines, listed below.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any shipping costs associated with exchanges. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange based on our current inventory. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold items for exchange.

We do not ship orders on weekends. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST on Thursdays may not be shipped until Monday. While we will do our best to ship orders on Friday, we cannot guarantee it. If you absolutely need your order shipped by Friday, please email us, and we will try to accommodate your request.

We offer FREE shipping when you spend $100 or more! Orders under $100 will incur a flat fee of $4.95. You can also pick up your order in-store for free at our store location in Omaha, Nebraska!
