Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage new products for online and in-store availability.
- Receive, tag, and organize new inventory upon arrival.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding orders, inventory, and other related matters.
- Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process online returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Complete detailed online product descriptions to enhance customer experience.
- Operate and maintain our Inventory Management system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
