Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Do you love bringing creative ideas to life while also diving into the strategy behind great marketing? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited by everything from email campaigns to brand launches? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Madida team. 🤍
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both creativity and analytics. You'll help execute marketing campaigns that drive sales, grow customer loyalty, and create a seamless brand experience across our website, email, social media, and in-store events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create and schedule email and SMS campaigns
- Help manage Meta advertising campaigns and analyze performance
- Coordinate in-store events, collection launches, and marketing promotions
- Manage and grow our customer loyalty program
- Write engaging product descriptions for new arrivals
- Create graphics for email, website, and social media
- Assist with website merchandising and promotional updates
- Collaborate with our creative team on seasonal campaigns and new product launches
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Passion for marketing, fashion, and branding
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Familiar with Canva and comfortable learning new marketing platforms
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Available approximately 20 hours per week
BONUS IF YOU:
- Have experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or Meta Ads Manager
- Have worked in retail, fashion, or e-commerce
- Enjoy analyzing marketing performance and improving results
- Have graphic design experience or an eye for clean, on-brand visuals

Social Media + Content Creator (Part-Time)
Are you obsessed with fashion, content creation, and everything social media? Do you love staying on top of trends and creating aesthetic, scroll-stopping content? We're looking for a Social Media + Content Creator to join the Madida team. 🤍
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience creating content for a growing fashion brand. You'll help bring our newest collections to life through Instagram, TikTok, photoshoots, and behind-the-scenes moments while working alongside our creative team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create engaging content for Instagram + TikTok (Reels, try-ons, styling videos, BTS, Stories)
- Film, edit, and publish short-form video content
- Assist with planning and executing photoshoots and in-store content
- Stay ahead of social media trends and bring fresh content ideas to the table
- Help manage our content calendar and posting schedule
- Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and Stories
- Assist with influencer partnerships, gifting, and event content
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during collection launches and in-store events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends
- Comfortable filming, editing, and creating content
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools
- Creative, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Available 15–25 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends for launches and events
