Our Chrissy Pleated Mini Skirt comes with a belt with a cute tortoise hardware. This mini skirt has two side pockets and has pleated detail on both the front and back. The bottom of the skirt does have a little bit of a frayed detail. There is a good stretch in the fabric as well.
