Our Kenadee Cut Out Mini Dress has a cut out detail under the bust and a self tie bow closure over the bust. There is a side zipper closure with a hook and eye clasp. The sleeves on this dress have a slight puff to them and they have an elastic band to keep it on the arms. There is a small slit detail on the front. The inside of this dress is LINED.
