Our Billy Ruffle Strapless Top is fitted and has exposed seams to make it look like it has boning detail on it. The top of the top is trimmed with a ruffle detail that is on the front and back. There is a non slip grip lining the top so it helps prevent it from shifting. There is an exposed back zipper closure with a hook and eye clasp.
